Here’s a detailed list of completed works:

1. Last month, the elevator equipment arrived. Work is now underway to prepare the shaft for elevator installation.
2. We completed the waterproofing and screeding on the balconies and terraces in July. Tiling work on the balconies and terraces has also been finished. We are now preparing to install the glass railings.
3. Additionally, work on the installation of roof drains and water drainage, as well as the roofing, has been completed.
4. Internal work continues with the removal of construction debris from the floors.
5. Last month, we finished paving the parking lot.
