1. Last month we continued with the facade painting work. Already 95 % of the total volume has been completed.
2. In May, the following works were completed on the entrance group - we concreted the sides of the bridges, waterproofed the entrance group car park and made a screed.
3. In addition, materials for the facade grating were received.
4. We continue laying pebbles on the staircase that leads to the sea.
5. On internal works the builders are making partition walls according to the masonry plans. And also internal plastering is going on.
6. In May we started screeding the terraces.
7. Last month we continued cleaning the floors from construction rubbish.
